The accident occurred just after midnight, Sunday morning, on U.S 45, north of Airways Boulevard. Perkins, who is 19 years-old, headed south in his 2007 Honda Accord at about 80 mph. It is unclear exactly how it happened, but Perkins lost control of the vehicle and crashed. He crossed both southbound lanes before going off the right side of the road, where he hit a manhole and a utility pole. Two Martindale women were involved in a deadly two-car collision on FM 621 in Guadalupe County early Wednesday morning. The first rule, according to the doc. in question, is that as a general rule, the courts do not care anymore about cheating, or at least very little. So do not regale them with various sordid tales of your husband in question cheating ways becauser it will not work in all probability..

The more I read about Prolotherapy the more convinced I am that this should be a therapy that is employed in the treatment of chronic pain more often.
You can find all kinds of interesting information about it on the Internet. Not so long ago, I hadn’t even heard of it. In fact many a doctor has not heard of PRP injections or prolotherapy treatments.
Recently I came across a website for George H. Kramer, M.D., who says he integrates Orthopedic Medicine and Natural Pain Medicine techniques to provide innovative pain relief solutions for his patients.
Dr. Kramer relates the story of one of his patients with a, “20-Year History of Chronic Body Pain Cured with Prolotherapy.”
That’s quite a claim.
The case cited is of 57 year-old Bill B, a dentist, who had endured chronic pain from “ligamentous laxity and degenerative disc disease” in the cervical, lumbar and thoracic spine. He had headaches and back pain were treated with Prolotherapy after many years of other treatments that had not worked.
Dr. Kramer reports that Dr. William B. is a 57-year-old dentist with a 15 or 20 year history of low back, thoracic, neck pain and headaches. All in all, Prolotherapy treatment has been used to help treat those conditions and more. It seems the poor guy had surgery on his spine to alleviate pressure on his spinal cord from bone spurs but after that he had pain below that area. He also suffered chronic neck and thoracic pain.
I have had lower back pain since my early twenties (I’m nearly sixty) and I’ve also had neck pain for the last 25 years. The pain in my back was nothing compared to neck pain.
